Shipping & Returns
Lead time and shipping vary depending on item(s) purchased. Detailed information will be provided in each specific product description.
In order to ensure the best quality of product at the very best price to you, apparel products & non-apparel products will ship in separate packages and may have separate ship dates.
Apparel items are made-to-order and take 4-7 business days for production. Most apparel orders are shipped within 5 business days and many are shipped within 4 business days. They usually arrive within 5-7 business days of shipping within the US and Canada. You will receive confirmation once your order has shipped.
Accessory items are made-to-order and take 4-6 days for production. Once ready, they are shipped from the United States via US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. You will receive confirmation once your order has shipped.
Unfortunately, we cannot speed up shipping times, so please be mindful of this when ordering! Part of our ability to bring these products to you at great prices is the fact that shipping just takes a little longer (since we are direct-to-consumer, no warehouse!).
You are responsible for entering in the correct delivery address for your package. If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, shipping charges will be applied to ship your order out again.
If items are returned to sender, we will attempt to collect the correct address to re-ship your item once new shipping payment has been received. If, after 2 attempts to collect the address, we have not received a response, the customer forfeits the item and funds collected to have that item printed and shipped.
We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of USPS. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to avoid packages becoming lost or stolen. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered and you did not receive it, you can do the following... 1. Check with your neighbors and family to make sure they did not receive your package by accident. 2. Contact your local post office with your tracking number to let them know you never received your package. 3. If you still have not found your package, file a claim with USPS by clicking on this link: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
Please note there could be delays due to weather, holiday, or delays with USPS that we cannot control.
Once an item has shipped, shipping fees are never refunded.
At this time, Faithfully Planted is only shipping to customers in the United States and Canada. We're sorry for any inconvenience!
Purchases and Orders:
Because items are printed/made on demand, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Remember that it is your responsibility to ensure ordered items are correct and suitable prior to the placement of your purchase.
Changes to Order:
Please note that changes to address cannot be made. Once an item has been ordered, we cannot make changes or cancel orders.
Taxes and Duties:
Items are shipped from the USA. Please see each product description for more information. Canadian customers are responsible for import taxes, carrier fees, and customs declarations.
Because items are printed/made on demand, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns at this time unless the item has arrived damaged or has a defect.
We reserve the right to provide an exchange for goods damaged on arrival and in some cases a refund for items that display evident and significant discrepancy from its advertisement in the description.
To be eligible for an exchange, or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original packaging and proof of your purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, or we cannot issue an exchange. You may contact us for details on where to send your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the status of your return.
If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or alternative original method of payment. Please be patient as this process may take up to 7 days and is dependent on our payment processor and your credit card company.
Please do not file a dispute with Paypal or Stripe as the internal investigation will delay the refund by at least 21 days for Paypal to review. Thank you.
Damages to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing are rare, but they can happen.
If there is any damage, please take a picture and send it in to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of it arriving. We will send a replacement right away. We strive to ensure that our customers are 100% happy with their products!
